Leschaco Aircargo certified as a “regulated agent”

Leschaco Aircargo, a company of the Anker Leschaco Group, was finally admitted as a “regulated agent” by the Federal Office of Civil Aeronautics. The cargo of such forwarders can be loaded without any additional safety measures. That saves time and money.
China opened new offices in Nanjing and Qingdao

Leschaco China, the Chinese subsidiary of the Bremen/Germany-based Anker Leschaco Group further expands its network. With effect from 1st Juli 2009, the independently operating affiliated company opened two new offices: One in Nanjing, which is headed by Mr. Florian Fritz and the other one in Qingdao, Branch Manager is Ms. Heidi Liu.

Anker Leschaco Group opened overseas branch in Vietnam and new office in Monterrey/Mexico
Germany-based Anker Leschaco Group further expands its global network. With effect from 1st June 2009, the independently operating subsidiary Leschaco Vietnam is part of the worldwide network. Leschaco Mexicana , S.A. de C.V. also opened a new office in Monterrey.

Lexzau, Scharbau expands warehouse business

The international logistics provider Lexzau, Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG, flagship of the Anker Leschaco Group with its headquarters in Bremen, recruits Michael Thomas Teschner (39) as Head of Warehousing. He will take up his work on 02.03.2009. Teschner reports directly to Jörg Conrad, the owner of the group.

Even in difficult economic circumstances Leschaco Thailand Ltd. comes up with positive news: After being awarded to operate a customs bonded import/export operations by one of the largest international beauty & healthcare companies, Leschaco Thailand opens its first logistics facilities. Mr. Joerg Conrad, chairman of the board and owner of the Germany-based Anker Leschaco Group will be present to kick-start this new product line of the groups largest operations organisation outside Germany.

With the appointment of Alex Bellakovics as CEO, a Swiss industry-insider has been won. The company is located in Basel.
